A dynamic sister duo! Nikita and Samantha both obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Hospitality Management from the Hotelschool The Hague - one of the top 3 leading Hotelschools worldwide.

Nikita Bismark-Pettit

Since graduating from the Hotelschool in 2012, I have remained working within the realm of Hospitality ever since. Having completed the Manager In Training (MIT) Programme for the Four Seasons in the Maldives, I returned to Zimbabwe, my home. Since 2014 I have been in a management position at a reputable Guesthouse in Harare. It is here that my passion for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction is maintained at all times. I have a keen eye for detail in all aspects of the hospitality industry, and realise that it is often the ‘small’ things that make the most difference and set one apart from the rest.

Samantha Wright

Since graduating from the Hotelschool in 2013, I completed a management internship for Hilton Worldwide Africa & Indian Ocean Region. I too returned home in 2014 and had the privilege of working at Ballantynes Lodge for a few years before joining management with my sister, Nikita at Kingsmead Guesthouse. In 2016 I became a mother and took a step back from the industry. A few years on, I stepped back into the working world into a management role that encompassed a fast paced and close relationship with customers on a daily basis. This reignited my passion for guest/customer service and reminded me how I enjoy creating experiences for people.

Together we have identified an opportunity to be the FIRST provider in Zimbabwe to offer company and businesses the tools and guidance to improve their levels of guest/customer service, satisfaction and experiences, thus increasing guest/customer loyalty and in turn increasing profits.
